About Industry Partners
The Industry Partners program is designed to foster professional relationships between chapter members and reputable service providers in the local area. This program offers the service provider community the opportunity to participate in chapter activities, and at the same time, helps chapter members serve their clients and employers via recommendations of quality vendors.
IREM DC, as well as the property management industry, could not function without the valued support of those in related industries. IREM DC offers the “Industry Partners Program” to vendors who service the industry. The purpose of this program is to foster professional relationships between IREM DC and a mix of locally-represented, reputable, and qualified real estate service professionals. Additionally, the program provides the Industry Partners with the privileges of limited participation in IREM DC activities.
IREM DC Industry Partners receive the following benefits from subscription to the program:
No more than two companies per category, based on a first-come, first-served basis, will be accepted in the Industry Partners Program for IREM DC.
Opportunity to attend IREM DC monthly membership meetings. Up to three company representatives can attend seven (7) general membership meetings at the cost of the meeting. As an added benefit, Partners can prepay for these meetings with their annual fee.
Partners can attend the three regional meetings in January (Forecast), May (Gala), and October (MEGA Meeting).
Listing on IREM DC website with contact person, company logo, and link to Partners web site.
Company name and contact person will be listed on all meeting programs handed out at the general membership meetings.
Opportunity for other sponsorships, such as IREM DC Golf Tournament and IREM Regional Gala
